Welcome to Schwanger Bros

I’m very proud to announce I’ve added Schwanger Bros., a Lancaster institution for more than 70 years, to my list of clients. Over the next few weeks I’ll be doing all kinds of work for them. You’ll find links as well as examples of that work here.

Yesterday, I spent the entire day with them during their Customer Appreciation Day. It was a singular experience. Their dedicated employees sincerely seem to enjoy helping people and the interaction between customers and Schwanger employees demonstrate that the relationship between a service provider and a customer need not be a contentious one. In fact, it would appear that Schwanger customers really enjoy it.
